Installation
1. If you have not already done so, download software that opens zip files such as 7Zip or preferably, WinRar.
3. Download Undead+ and Modloader from the links above.
2. Click start, then type %appdata%. Open the folder called Roaming.
3. Locate the .minecraft folder in roaming, and go into bin. Back up the minecraft.jar file so that you can put it back into the folder if the installation is not successful.
4. Open the minecraft.jar file with software that opens zip files.
5. Drag the contents of the ModLoader file in minecraft.jar and delete META INF. Then close everthing up and then run Minecraft. If it works, great! If it doesn't, see Errors.
6. There are two ways of installing the mod. Method 1, the fast way or Method 2, the slightly longer way. I recommend using Method 2 because it is easier to fix Minecraft if anything went wrong.
Method 1
1. Open up minecraft.jar and the folder in Undead+.
2. Drag the contents from the folder in Undead+ into minecraft.jar.
3. Close everything off and run Minecraft. If it doesn't work, see Errors.
3. Done!
Method 2
1. Open up the .minecraft folder and you will see a folder called mods. Open it up.
2. Drag the folder in Undead+ into the mods folder
3. Close everything off, run Minecraft and fight off the Zombie hordes! if it doesn't work, see Errors.
Errors
If you get a black screen or an error message when you try to launch Minecraft, you have done something wrong. You may have placed the mod files in the wrong place or the mod may not be compatible with your version of Minecraft.
If your Minecraft crashed after you installed ModLoader, take the following steps:
1. Locate minecraft.jar
2. Delete it and then drag in the minecraft.jar you backed up. If you did not back up your minecraft.jar, you will have to re-install Minecraft. Sorry, but I did warn you!
3. Done!
If your minecraft crashed after installing Undead+ using Method 1, follow the steps above.
If your MInecraft crashed after installing Undead+ using Method 2, take the following steps:
1. Locate the .minecraft folder and then open the mods folder.
2. Delete the mod zip archive file with Undead+ in it.
3. Done!
